One day in 2014, I had ENOUGH!! I was moving for the third time in about a year, switching jobs, and felt so uncomfortable in my clothes! I was unhappy, stressed, frustrated, and so very tired of constantly losing weight and gaining it back! To be honest, I wasn't a very fun person to be around back then.
After years of being a pharmacist, the thought of possibly having to be put on expensive medications because of my weight scared me!!
I decided that I wasn't going to let another birthday pass without getting my weight under control! After all, here I was: this successful, smart woman, and I just couldn't seem to manage my weight.
It took some work, but here's what I discovered:
